The Beauty of Time

The Time-Optimized Newsletter

Helping move time from finite to infinite (issue 236)

The Beauty of Time

I spend a lot of time thinking about how we plan and use time.

But while watching my son and grandson play together, I was reminded of something different.

Time also creates memories, relationships, change, and moments we may not fully appreciate until we stop long enough to notice them.

What Do You Want Your Time to Serve?

Time becomes more meaningful when we understand what matters enough to receive it.

The Life Purpose Statement is a free guided exercise designed to help you reflect on your values, relationships, experiences, and contributions, then put into words what you want your time and energy to support.

Notice What You Don't Want to Miss

Take two minutes and think about one part of your life that is changing right now.

It could be a relationship, your career, your family, your health, or simply a season of life that will not remain exactly as it is today.

Ask yourself one question:

What is happening right now that I may someday wish I had appreciated more?

Then give it a little more of your attention this week.

Time Insight of the Week

Planning helps us create the moment. Presence allows us to experience it. Memory lets us keep part of it.
